Transcend in Meditation is a very powerful, yet easy meditation to practice. When you learn and practice this meditation the effects last all day, every day. Transcend in Meditation calms the mind and reduces all those busy brain pathways that keep you awake at night and prevent you from being productive and relaxed in life.
The meditation is simple, powerful and only takes 15 minutes twice a day to achieve positive, long lasting results. Best of all it can be practiced anywhere and at any time. You can take a few moments to meditate when you are in waiting rooms, at airports and even when you are travelling. There is no need for special music or quiet environments, in fact, the aim of this meditation is to condition you to ignore distractions and focus on what is important.
The course is 1 hour per week for 4 weeks. In addition to learning techniques you will also freceive insights into connecting to your inner voice and higher self. This enables you to make your decisions in life more fruitful and positive. If you practice regularly you will always "know" what you must do.
